Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by Pixie Management. By applying to or using our services, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

You must be at least 18 years of age with legal capacity to contract. Enrollment is subject to a discovery call and a signed management agreement.

2. Scope of Services

Profile optimization and strategy, 24/7 account chatting and fan engagement, social media promotion and traffic acquisition, DMCA protection and content monitoring, and financial and tax compliance assistance.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Timely delivery of high-quality content as agreed, and transparency regarding platform standing and previous agency affiliations.

4. Intellectual Property

Creators retain 100% ownership of all intellectual property and content produced. We receive only a limited, non-exclusive license for the term of the agreement.

5. Revenue Sharing & Payments

Commission-based model. Specific percentages and payment schedules are set out in the individual Management Agreement. There are no upfront enrollment fees.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate per the notice periods in the Management Agreement. On termination all platform access returns to the creator and final commissions are settled.
